How do you set up a Vpn on iOS?

So im getting the 5th generation iPod touch in red, and on my Android music player, the Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0, theres an app that automatically sets up a VPN(Virtual private network) so I can go on youtube using the school wifi, and any blocked website. Does the iTouch have an app that does this automatically? I will be jailbreaking my itouch when it comes out so if there is a jailbreak tweak for VPN setup then that would be great

If there isn't an app for this, how do you set up a VPN?
