What Range to hit max
What range would I need to hit max damage with soulseeker, seeing as it is our main attacking skill and what kind of equips would be needed? like 15% + dex on all equips and what kind of w.att is needed?

The one thing to keep in mind is that getting max range would require so much %dex that you'd likely be spending thousands of dollars to get to that point because you not only need regular %dex but your bonus potentials need to include %dex and %att and these all depend on your base attack range. Currently I have 200% dex with a clean shooter and my range is 150k. If you get gear with a lot of attack and say 400-500% dex you could see close to max range but like I said that is A LOT of money and time spent searching for those equips. Just as an example a 30% dex tempest ring can set you back over 12b if you find someone willing to sell.

Short Answer dont even try.
Long answer the minimum amount of range+total damage+boss damage needed and of course the need to be hitting bosses is 480k range and 335% boss/total damage. And thats assuming you have sources for pdr. Even with max range your soul seekers will not be hitting 10m each without some other stats like total damage/boss damage at crazy high lvls.
