Revamp quest lines like chryse so u don't need 8 hrs to finish in a timely manner

False, there is also Quiz/Riddle Quests, but there's onlly a small amout of them

Either revamp the quests so that they're actually worth it
or drastically raise the exp of mobs so that they compensates for the quests

Definitely gotta revamp quests for the people in KMS 1.2.187 that are level 200

what would happen to the people that are lvl 200 and already completed all the quests?

No. As someone who always does quests, I can say they're just fine. It's possible to get from 0 to 120 doing only quests, so there's really no need for change. Just cause quests aren't as fast of a way of leveling up as grinding doesn't mean they're broken. Though around mid 13x, you do eventually get to a point where you have no choice but to grind or pq.

It's one of the few things left to do on my marksman since I reached max lvl, but the rewards aren't worth it (even not exp-wise for non-200s). They even weren't at the time you got them, except for the mushroom kingdom storyline. It'd be a way more fun way to lvl if you could do quests worthwhile. Makes it less of a brainless grind.

The best quests are Jump quests, even if they are frustrating they put up a challenge, while the others are just plain and boring.

if i had to ask for a change. then that would be random prizes. you know. clear a quest and get anything. ANYTHING. just like if be a marvel machine with all the stuff in maplestory

The quests right now are pretty good. I don't understand what you're asking for? Doing quests on my other characters from 30~90 has been pretty worth it. Each quest, provided you do it within a significant range of your own level, provides pretty rewarding experience. The things you hunt for the quest get you 1-2 levels themselves, at times.

Either you're not doing it right, or I'm missing something.

not just more rewards in quests
make the quests more interesting, not just collect X amount of etc drops and kill X amount of certain monsters
the quests at megatia are the most interesting by far

Jump quests are the most challenging i guess.
They should also delete the limit of 10 PQ's per day u_u

Quests should give alot of exp, not as much as let's say the luminious prequest that gets you to lvl 30 in no time, but a decent amount so that it is as good as grinding

I agree. When event quests are the only ones worth doing, you know something is wrong.
