I have midterms the whole week and I am already 3 days absent because of the flu.
I'm really stressed out because it's hard to study, and I'm going to school tomorrow.

I had a friend that was out with meningitis throughout the entire week through finals. Bring some doctor's notes and ask nicely and your teachers should let you make up everything.
