More Information on Inner Ability
From what i have gained from browsing Mr. Basil's thread and the Maple site, if you Aswan at a certain time you get Honor Exp, which unlocks hidden abilities.
What I haven't figure out is if its random or if you can choose. The site says that there is some item, so I am assuming that you can use nx to get another ability if you don't like yours.
Anyone know?

Level 2 honor unlocks the first inner ability.
Level 30 unlocks the second
Level 70 unlocks the third.
Have fun grinding to level 70 ^^

KMS released Inner Ability locks to lock the rank of an IA line, in the Cash Shop.
GMS is going to take it further, and probably offer Circulators or "lock the LINE of the IA for NX" type item in the CS as well.
I believe it's random but you can change it through circulators that you buy with coins.
As far as i know, it's random, but you can change it with NX
