How do I get my level 30 equips for my mech?

Well I made a Lvl. 30 mech and the maple admin said that I will be provided with level 30 equips. I checked everywhere and didn't get any, does anyone know how? Also does the 4x, 3x, and 2x apply to the Lvl. 30 jumpstart resistance jobs? or only to newly made resistance jobs.
