A close family friend has had a few and one was at a small party we were having, while we were having dinner he started to feel pain in his chest and because he'd had a couple before he knew what was happening and told us to call 911 and an ambulance came, it was kinda freaky but he reacted pretty well to it.

Stress/biological factors also play a part in myocardial infarctions. No one I personally know has had one. However I have responded to 911 calls for chest pain.
Yea my friend's mom died of a heart attack and she didn't even know it was happening. Men and women have different symptoms apparently and didn't recognize what was happening as a sign.
