TS: you should tell us what your current sword is and what your current equips are like.
Assuming you're starting from scratch, I'd buy a 14x-15x atk sword for maybe 1b more or less, then buy 9% earrings for 100m, 6% belt 100m and then either clean empress equips or 3% on all equips. Take advantage of the current events like everyday happy time and make a wish for good scrolls. Maybe try crafting your own, do monster park, do abyss, get a free Zak helm maybe, get someone to take you czaking even etc. Lots you can do ^_^
