This couldnt be worse timing
I was about to make a 14b offer on a 7star epic tyrant Mage belt when all of the sudden the superior shield scrolls went bye bye... The seller raised his price to 25b in a hearth beat and my chances are lost in getting one.

It's cheaper to buy a clean for 5b and enhance with another 5.5b for a total of 10.5b. You almost got ripped off.
