When do I get Flame Wheel? Is this a glitch?
i just got to lvl 120 today, and im pretty sure that evans get 5 skills (including flame wheel). But, i only got illusion and maple hero. Is this a glitch?

Its not exactly a new concept in Maple.
You have to buy the books from people (iirc theyre only SoK-able or something). If you cant afford it, go on a Z-run (though apparently Zakum is bugged or something).
If you cant do either, enjoy being MW and FWless till you can find a way.
WHAT o_o you really need to like... "unlock" them? o_o
