i think there is one called lidium heart or something that doesnt expire ever!

Um... Yeah they are perm, however the heart that makes them function is not. It has a 3 week time limit i think. So you decide if you want and android.

Yeah, you can treade it once you craft it, but when you equip it. Thats when it becomes untradeable.
