Hyper skills update. Wind of Fray is not that bad
According to the latest KMST update 1.2.175 - Hyper Skills Source = [url=][/url] Wind of Fray has increased in damage to 4000% and CD reduced to 15 seconds.
This is comparable to the likes of Drk's Ultimate and Mercedes' Ultimate which are 2000% at 8 seconds. It is even close to the top tier Ultimate of Corsair Big Boy, which is 4200% at 15 seconds CD.
It looks like BMs Hyper update is pretty decent with some unique Ultimate buff skill such as:
Movable Shot
Upgrade in Fire Shot to 220% dmg at 4 hits total of 880%
Increased hit of Hurricane and range

it is 10 seconds DoT/9.9m cap, max's blog just isn't updated yet.
corsairs got their bomb cooldown dropped to 15 seconds as well, so I wouldn't think so.
the skill isn't bad.
but before the cooldown change, it was terrible. 90 seconds was way too long.

Still has it as 4 seconds on max's blog, so it is 10 seconds.
Which means corsairs got insanely shafted.
WoE and DS is 3000%, where WoE is faster delay. 4S is 2500%.
