our guild's one won't work too. I think its glitched

The guild notice for my guild is glitched.
There should be a button "change" to the right of the guild notice which only jrs or master can change but it's no longer there.

What do you mean "what does that even mean?"?
I have no idea what the current guild message means. It was like that right after Big Bang. I guess it's the default or something. No one in the guild made it that. What this thread is asking is "How do I change the Guild Notice?".

And my guild uses guild messages in unconventional ways. I use it to speak over the arguments of non-JM guildies and I use it for fun. Often times, if there's several Junior Masters online (like 5-6), I'll change it to something insulting about one and write it in the style of someone else. Then I sit back and LOL at the ensuing guild message war. We also use it when there's something important to be said. We use the BBS for events and such. Since it's a beginner/oddball guild, we don't boss that much. Or when we do we do it just for fun and hunt like weak area bosses.

The point is...it's not fun not being able to use guild notices.
