What Beginner Songs to play on Guitar?
Howdy all, so lets get straight to the point.
I got another guitar recital coming up with my group again in my guitar class, and we gotta choose another song.
We've been mostly just doing chords and having me sing the melody.
We're all newbies in guitar, so we can't play a lot of songs.
So far, we've preformed:
Viva la Vida by Coldplay
You belong with me by Taylor Swift
and Grenade by Bruno Mars
I'm thinking about doing Born this way or Stereo Hearts, but I can't really sing either that well, so what recommandations do you guys have.

Songs like "Creep", "Let her cry", "Lightning Crashes", "With or Without You" are very simple as they just repeat the same 4-5 chords. Summer of 69 is also straight forward.

I use to play the Beatles back then in my middleschool orchestra.
Their music is fine, it's just the people that keep shoving it down my throat I hate.
