I beg to differ. I say a Lampion looks better than a Sleve >:] But I think a Sleve is one of the sleakest and smallest claws out there.
I tend to have more luck getting 3 lines with 70% potential scrolls. I 70% my Askaron last week thinking it would pop, and it came out as three lines, and a Varkit yesterday and it came out 3 lines.
20 or so mil at best. Not many people scroll DPS and DGS, and they're pretty hard to get at a high base attack, so it's scrolled less and considered "rare". Most would either stick with a Craven or skip for a Lampion.
