Gm CLOSEd my Ticket

Title says it all, i cant play maple because i lost all i worked for,
i miss maplestory...

Details: Hello, i woke up today August 5 to play the game. i went to Duey to pick up the items my friend gave me. and there was a server crash and rollback 2 minutes later. now i logged in again and duey dosent have my items. i had like 100million mesos in my duey storage.

Details: as it had come to my awareness that
there was a server crash in Scania,yesterday around 11:00~12:00
pacific time

it was intruding from what had happen to me and perhaps many other players.
what i have come to fear was a rollback, but worse of all, a strange occurrence has taking place as well. i have lost my equipments that i had serve to use for my dual blade, all of them gone, i was sudden of this occurrence, for i did not want to believe that those items/equipments i work hard for had disappear, but of my most concern is for the majority of Scania including me,will get our items and our state of character at the very partial moment before the server crash.

it is frustrating for me and the majority of MapleStory in a time like this with the new event,also we understand what you've gone though much this year, its been a lot,all of us have gone though tough times,

but please hear us out, we're counting on you,
