Unless potential'd equips have seen a sudden sharp drop in price, they're max - 3bil. I'd gladly buy them for 1b or 1.5b as the other two posters before me have quoted.

That's nearly impossbile to get with a tier 2 equip so its going to be pretty high. Since all the face equips I can recall are in the 2nd tier I'd expect that to be around 4.5 bil.

I offer you the chance to put them on my face.
So I can smile.
and then run away with them.

Put it up on shop and take offers. Take the highest offer if you're satisfied. I'd say about 1.5b+
