no all it takes is a fat wallet and or stuff we can't talk about on basil.

You can hit max on bosses with around 125% Boss and 210% Luk and around 350 att. (Bosses such as Arkarium and Zakum with Mille) Also need around 60% PDR
On Hilla you will be hitting around 450-500k. On Normal monsters 400-500k (With the top 10 glove) And you will manage a dojo time of 10:20.

When you say "hit max" are you talking about Mille? or Preumbre?

200%Luk and 400+weapon attack with at least 150%boss. But, this is only max on bosses. Much less if you wish you hit max on tempest.
