mp3 till 110 is actually better in terms of spawn/pot consumption/exp when compared to captains.
from there you can either LHC (if you can get a party), stay at mp3 for a couple level before moving to ludi monsters and/or leafre monsters late 11x
@bleachgod1: true... I was just there on my UA priest, 'gear' up the whole place, then just tele around =P definitely fast, but spawn felt slower than MP3s
