Here's Gazza (name of character, this is how Australians like to give people nicknames, eg, Aaron because Azza) the ambo (Ambulance man) whose pulled an all nighter, nan & mum with the ankle biter (the kid), stevo from pato on a break from a reno (renovations) on a chin wear with the visiting relos (relatives), back from the Murray (River running through State Victoria) a hottie and Binny with pav mcflurries (Pavlova Mcflurries) & towing a tinny (name for small boats), hawko & Simo in a ute (utility vehicle) thats choccas (absolutely packed), misbehaviours fellas, these two are coppers, yep, theres Jimbos ........but there's only one place you can get maccas (aussie nickname for Mcdonalds).

I'm not Australian, but here's my best shot:
He's the guy with the ambulance who just pulled an all-nighter. She's the mom with the kid. He's with his relative having one of the smoothies (or something like that). Back from the Murray (I'm going to assume this is a body of water) is him and her (too lazy to pay enough attention to get their names) with mcflurries and their boat. The two guys are in some specific car (I'm not sure about that one), and then they wave to the female cop, and the narrator says that their behavior should be good towards her because she's a cop. There's a bunch of different kinds of people, but there's only one place where you can get McDonald's.

Basically they're talking with an extreme australian accent because on Australia Day they're changing the name of McDonald's in Australia to Macca's.
