aahahah i died.
I'm usually a fan of reading erotica, so I picked this one up with the intention of trying to understand what the hype was all about. Surprisingly, it was a pretty easy read (I'm on chapter nine) -- the language wasn't too difficult to understand and you didn't really have to think too much when reading it. A part I seemed to have a problem with is what I guess people would call the 'twilight' parallels. I mean, honestly, the girl stumbles and falls into the room on her first meeting with the oh so stunning Christian Grey. She basically blushes every other sentence, since she becomes so infatuated with him (what girl could resists his attractiveness and wealth, right?) and I can't for the life of me see what any man would even see in her. Oh, and not to mention the other guys in her life that all have the hots for her. So far into the book she seems to me to be lacking depth and even Christian Grey seems to be a more intriguing character due to the fact that I'm continuously wondering what other side to him there is. Only got to one 'good' part so far, which actually wasn't that bad at all, but I'm wondering if these parts get more intense and don't just fall into the typical tie-the-girl-up-and-take-her-in-the-playroom scenario.
lol what was your fav part?
I honestly can't say I have a favorite part to this book, not do I find this book any bit "good" per say.
I'm not a reader, I don't read on a regular basis, my reading consists of forums/facebook, in all honesty.
I tend to fall asleep when I read, yet I can read this book and not fall asleep, and already on chapter 13 after starting it 3 days ago.
This book intrigues me, all of it's content is interesting.
Do tell, what else my I be missing from this teen girl fantasy.
I'd hate to spoil the book for you, I know you'd truly hate that.
Read on.
It's like pom but with a good storyline for once.

You don't know the half of it, my dear.
LOL this book, i borrowed it from the library. The libarians like 'girl, you better be allowed' and im 17, almost 18.
so, i ignored her.
Once it got to those parts, i was ashamed of picking the book up in public.
