I jump and automatically exit
Last time I saw a screamer I screamed, broke into a cold sweat, and ripped my headphone wire. Lol, I was so faint of heart. xD
I only clicked one so far and it was one of the milder ones...and I hardly ever turn on my volume
First time I got one I didn't even see what it was since my eyes basically blurred (they still do o.o), but it was hella loud, like a nuclear bomb or something. I was 10 though so naturally just the sound scared the crap out of me, nothing else after the lol alt-f4 though.

basically it's a pic that shows somethigpng scary and that are meant to scare you, sometimes it can have screaming sounds through your volume..
don't click on it you can get freaked out a little bit
First time - Spaz and throw my headset
Second time- Jump and swear
Third time - scream like a girl ...
They usually get me First time was the worse..flew off ze chair so fast. Like wat </3

It startles me a bit, and that's about it
i jump and become paranoid for a while. funny thing is that when i thought about the screamer i clicked i start laughing uncontrollably

Well I get a big shock but I don't really scream, I just feel a bit hazy, then I would calm down, and do voodoo magic to curse the person who posted the screamer.
When my volume is up, I scream.
When it's off, I just get startled.
