Fortune Cookies: do they come true if you dont eat it?
So, I have a fortune cookie. And I haven't looked at the fortune yet. But, does anyone know if you have to eat the cookie for the fortune to actually work?

It's meant for you to eat (but not the fortune), then read the fortune. But I don't really think that if you read it before eating the cookie it doesn't become true... that's preposterous.
The rule is you're supposed to eat the cookie. It's always been that way.

Yeah that's why I didn't wanna eat it. But I just wanted the fortune. But I didn't want to defeat the purpose I guess
