This is like the 10th time I've seen people hating on Skelorm. Is he really that bad? Kanison is the one that answers all my tickets, usually within 10 hours and actually solves them. Libra is decent too I guess.

its a 30 day auto ban for no reason
they said they fixed it
and im 150% sure i was banned because o that glitch
because i dont hack or anything
and did nexon unban anyone?
or were they lying about that fix

I am in the same situation. I went ahead and sent another ticket letting them know that I believe I was affected by the same issue but was not unbanned. I have no idea if the ticket will help. I have no idea if telling them you will buy NX helps, but it can't hurt I guess.

Lol I love that you give the impression of how you were one of the people that were affected. Their decision of who gets unbanned due to their system malfunction is for them to decide, if you haven't been unbanned then they clearly found something against you that had nothing to do with the glitch.

Plus if it was the a/b system that banned you, it shouldn't have been perma'd. The time it takes for you to get a ticket response, your sentencing would've been finished and your ticket would be irrelevent.

lol, don't say you'll purchase NX; that's ridiculous. Just write out a ticket explaining your situation, and ask them to look into it. Then just hope that your ticket isn't read by that bastard GM Skelrom.

Because it'll make it look like you're not actually innocent in regard to whatever you were banned for. You're just trying to "buy" your way out of trouble instead of asking to be unbanned because you were simply wrongfully banned. I would never promise to buy NX if I had a legitimate reason for ask for an unbanning. If someone did have screenshot proof that they got unbanned while mentioning that they'd buy NX, it simply means that they were wrongfully banned and Nexon fixed their error; they didn't need to mention the NX nor did they get unbanned for mentioning it.

No it's not. I have repealed perma ban without even mentioning nx If anything it would be a reason for them to deny an appeal.
