What should I upgrade?
So I kind of hate and avoid these threads but I really want to upgrade my gear and I'm not sure what to get (aside from a few things I know need cubing). I'm not going to be buying NX anytime soon (either IRL or in game with meso) so I want to upgrade my other gear for now. Anyway. Here is what I have:
Hat: 6atk Lionheart Helm. 3 Line Unique. No %str (so many cubes wasted on this....). Plan on cubing it next time I get NX.
Eye: Kenta's Goggles. 6%all stat.
Cape: Blackfist Cloak. 6% str. 4atk.
Glove: So Gong glove. Or 12% str 19atk Lionheart Bracer.
Top: 9%str Neos Top.
Bottom: 6% str Neos Bottom.
Pendant 1: 6% str HTP w/ 1atk.
Pendant 2: 3%all RSP.
Belt: 3%str 2atk Marx VL belt.
Shoe: 5atk Lionheaert shoe. 3line rare. Needs cubing.
Earring: 9% str.
Shoulder: 12%str Silent Crusade Shoulder.
Rings: Evo Ring lvl 17, Evo Ring II lvl 17, Evo Ring III lvl 10, Explorers Crit Ring.
Weapon: Stonetooth. 166atk 4EE 30% boss, 6% dmg, 6%dmg, with 3%ignore additional potential (1line epic).
Total of 79% str, 42% boss, 24%dmg and around 300atk with So Gong Glove.
Everything except my weapon has a 1% str neb if it can have nebs. So yeah. Obviously my shoe kind of sucks right now and my hat too (although the hat is unique so I pray the next round of cubing will make it 9%+) and my pants and pendants are only so-so. So what would give me the largest increase to my damage right now? I have around 1.5bil right now although I can save up for something if it is worth it.

The rest of my gear (top/bottom/cape/glove/shoe/belt) is 10-14% str and more difficult to replace anyway due to being well-scrolled, so I won't bother listing it.
I'd like to stick to completely tradeable equips because I use most of these items on my other chars too. Buying as unique or better and cubing is doable, although I haven't had any luck finding such equips on sale.
Top of my list would be a VIP 2h sword but I don't know if I can match that potential any time soon, or even get it scrolled on budget.[/quote]
Not to distract from my own upgrades but if I were you I would upgrade the sword. Even though you say you want tradeable equips I would say to get a lionheart 2H sword. I mean the only other class that can (effectively) use a 2H sword is a Kaiser anyway. Even a clean one comes with over 30atk more than yours does and if you can get one of the pre-scrolled ones (which probably cost more like ~2bil) then you are looking at 80 more atk than your current weapon which is probably enough to overcome the pot difference.
Especially since you can just get another 15% ignore Neb, along with 30% from a Leafre Set, and 50% from CM would give you 95% ignore (100% if your ambition is lvl 50 or higher) so the extra 30% on your weapon is mostly going to waste. The 20% boss is nice but not enough to justify the extremely low atk on your weapon.

Well Bossing is my focus so that is what I want to gear towards. I'm almost 200 anyway so training isn't a big issue for much longer (I'm 192 just haven't updated until Maple starts updating their rankings again). I figure the cost of cubing an Empress to make it better than my ST (especially since I don't have the full set) would make that more hassle than it's worth so I'll probably stick with my ST. Wish had had enough money to nab one of those 25% boss nebs back when they were less than a bil but now they are impossible to find. Would be a great finishing touch to my sword.
I got myself an 8%str belt for a little less than 300mil and just need to get a neb for it too. Having trouble finding any 1% str nebs lately. Need around 7 to finish nebbing my equips.
12% earrings seem to be closer to 300mil right now and 300mil for only 3% more str doesn't seem that great. I couldn't find any 9% str pendants but if I can find one for a good price I'll prolly replace my RSP with it. The bottom is kind of the same area as the earring. Large price compared to a small %increase. Rather look for a cheaper way to get more damage. I'll see if I can find any shoes that look good for a decent price though.
I'll think about the DABR one. That would be a good option but then it would leave my other characters weaker and Kaiser is coming soon.

Trade that ST for a GM'd Empress (Unless you do tons of bossing), 12%Str earrings (200m), 9%Str Pendant (200-300m; get those level 130 ones), Sell that EvoRing I 17 and get a DABR (you should gain around 300m from this lol), 9%Str bottom (600-700m), 12%Str VSS (1-1.5b, since your shoes only have decent attack and you don't have the full Empress set). A 9% belt would help too; 300-500m.

I have around 1.5bil to spend right now. How much would a 9% str belt cost?
