Is this Inner ability any good?
I was randomly circulating and ended up with Buff duration +19% and 2 crap lines. Is it any good, and does it affect skills like Pirate's Revenge or summons?

I was randomly circulating and ended up with Buff duration +19% and 2 crap lines. Is it any good, and does it affect skills like Pirate's Revenge or summons?

It does affect revenge and dice but doesn't affect summons only your buffs
I think summon duration is a totally different thing but I'm not 100% sure.
Either way, I would keep on circulating.
buff duration is really most useful for dual blades, who deal with final cut's cooldown as a detriment to their dps.
