SO which are the soaring mounts and which are just high altitude?

I don't think the red draco was meant to fly
just look it, is really chubby

Btw guys was those pink bean balloons from the event
soaring mounts? Since unleashed mines started to fly
now and I'm wondering if it was always like that and I
just never noticed(ive tried to glide on it before) or did
they change it because the symbol of the buff matches
the same symbol of xenons.

I wish the dragonoir mount would fly as well haha, byfar one of the coolest looking mounts available. And yes, I do mean fly, not just the double jump to glide thing.
