are these worth cubing/Pot/scrolling?

Seeing as BB is almost here...

I have a 2 line rare Ether shield that im thinking of cubing/scrolling

and

I have an above average Blue elemental shoes that i think i might want to potential

Stats on the shield: WDef 15 Mdef 21 Pot stats on shield: Mdef +40 Wdef +20 =/

Stats for the shoes: int 4 luk 5 Matt 2 <- O_o
