What do you find fun about Maplestory?
So I'm thinking about coming back to Maplestory but I want to know what is fun about the game, I remember that grinding ISNT fun so what is fun? Thanks for Reading .

Socializing. I also do quests when I'm bored. They're pretty fun, actually.

I have been playing maple for 7 years and it is still great for me.
It really depends on you. Doesn't hurt to give it a try.

- normal quests
- party quests
- boss
- merch
- make friends/join guilds/family/socialize
- professions
- raising traits
- complete codec sets
- collect rare items
- get your end-game equipment
- collect medals
- PvP (it is being removed but it will return)
I swear, I must the only person in the world who enjoys grinding...
Finding "rare" items from hunting monsters then selling, to make more mesos/then scrolling with anything less than 100% GM style. But this WAS the fun of Maple till there came potential/duping/etc.
Simple 2-D side scrolling action.
Well I enjoy doing quests and I'm trying to finish all the quests possible and collect all medals on my main character.
It's up to you what you'd rather do:
-merch
-boss
-quests
-lvl as many chars as you can to 200
-socialize
The most fun I have is making a new character because I love leveling up so fast and doing the quests

Make freinds,do quest/bossing with friends,become a hene-hoe,ect...
so its just the social aspect? After you get to 200 and beat all the bosses there is no point?
I play maple to pass time/bored/league of legends down.
Its only fun by the social aspect.Please dont come back.
I'm sure most people hate the events, but I really enjoy them. They're a way to pass time for me because I hate to grind, making the events a good way to have fun for me. They're all usually long quest chain type yhings, so it can lat for a while anyway .
