Profession related goodies
Edit: OH! You MUST hear the new BGM before you do anything. It's nice. I think it's a VAST improvement. I had been listening to the old one for six years.
Someone has kindly uploaded it

Goodies for you.

Hmm forgot to include but there are new strong arrows. 9 atk if I recall.
Note: Those very good equips are probably very very difficult to forge. We don't even know what is needed because the recipes themselves are rare too.
Random facts too in the case that you do not already know:
You choose one gathering profession and one crafting profession
Gathering Professions:
Mining
Herbalism
Crafting professions:
Accessories(jewler)
Smithing
Alchemy
Possible Combinations:
Mining + Jewel
Mining + Smithing
Herbalism + Alchemy
What they mean?
Mining - gather ores
Herbalism - gather plants
Smithing - make general EQ's. Very similar to maker with extra stuff
Accessories - make everything that maker didnt have. belts, rings, earrings, face, etc
Alchemy - make potions and pills. Some are very very powerful (ex. +60stats for a few hours, +23 atk/m.atk/allstats/jump/speed) some very fun (become gigantic, transform into monsters like papulatus), some very useful (heals 10000 hp/mp, massive DEF / MDEF increase, +4000 MAXHP/MAXMP for a few hours)
What about those trait thingies?

Other random tidbits:
You can recover fatigue in two ways:
1) drink potions (sold at npcs). Limit three a day. -5fatigue for 300k ea or -10 fatigue for 1m ea
2) afk
In GMST you can reset your current profession and change to another one anew. Idk if this will be possible in the regular game.
An NPC also resets your fatigue but this is only for testing purposes and will not be included in the game.
It takes a medium amount of time to level your profession. Especially with fatigue. I would guess someone hard working could max out crafting in perhaps a few weeks. An average person may take a few months.
OH I FORGOT THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS
Well firstly, there are nifty animations while you do stuff.
While you gather stuff (by pressing space in front of some ores or plants, it takes like 3 seconds) you are visibly mining or digging.
While making stuff, you are visibly jeweling (you turn into a man with a hat), smithing (havent seen yet), herbalising(you mix stuff in a cauldron), smelting(forgot), alchemy-ing(you jump and do a flip while wearing alchemy robe).
Now the most important part of all:
There is a tiny failure rate for every action
ready?
If you are mining / digging and you succeed.
you smile
if you fail you cry (visibly in game of course)
Enjoy!
Now comment on something. And do it with a smile.

@Ghetto415: Not necessarily. This only seems to apply to monster crystals, which are extracted by alchemists and used by the other two.
@xPlaydohx: One combination (of the three available) per CHARACTER. You can have several characters with different professions. However professions take dedication to level up and actually be able to make useful things.
@YelloMelloFello: You can do this in GMST as well. I assume it will also be available when it is released
@Jake305: Most likely. This makes alchemists good for making money constantly, while accessory crafters have to spend alot of money on really expensive recipes and create expensive items but make more profit per sale.
One per char, but in KMS you can change professions. The only problem is that it resets the level of the profession you ditch.

@osiel66: So you can choose 1 class but you need materials from another class to make items?
@osiel66: killjoy
@myctrlbroke: You will need to train it so it can gain level as an alchemist to be able to disassemble higher level items btw
@osiel66: pshh. I'll just make an Alchemist mule
Yes. The hard part is finding recipes. That is what we know for now. I'm guessing some of the stronger items will have more difficult recipes. From what I hear it takes up to a month's work to gather the supplies for a single very powerful item.
@osiel66: Oh, so unless you are really going to play PvP alot, it doesn't matter? Also, if that lvl 10 belts are like that, the items shouldn't be hard to gather correct? I heard that the hard part of making these are finding the recipes. (I'm guessing the drop rate is very low.)
@myctrlbroke: Here are some simple doable recipes that come with the profession:

Note: Only Alchemists can make monster crystals. You must buy from them.

combined key. It can go on any key you want. Default is space.
@Ghetto415: That means more PvP damage. No one knows how hard they are to make because no one has the recipes yet. I assume they are very difficult to make. However, common items are also sold via PvP room that give PvP damage for 10 PvP emblems each
fun fact: it seems you can level your willpower trait just by existing. It leveled for me just now and I did nothing
@osiel66: What is this new Battle Mode Attack %? Also, are these easy to make?
o.O way too many things to take pictures of
Pictures of what you can make with Jewelry
If you have any questions and such feel free to ask and I can take screens of it
I'm definitely getting Mining and Jewelery.
@darkcow12: idk. We cannot see what the requirements are because we do not have the recipes. Apparently recipes are rare.
@lololZombiedogs: No. They can no longer be made since there is no more Maker skill. Smithing does not have the ability to make them. The android section is for special new "androids". I don't know exactly what they are. They are a sort of other character that follows you. Sort of like a pet. The screen is supposed to mean that I searched for "Android" and only that came up. No Android equipment.
@Jake305: It depends how you see it. if you make better potions you can buff yourself alot with no other dependance, but to get the best accessories you would probably need to pay ALOT. If you make better accessories/eq's (though its very difficult to make the best) you can potentially make a lot of money selling them. You could still buy potions from people but you would be dependent on them and it may be inconvenient.
@Elementsun: Yes. They are tradable unless stated otherwise. Most are tradable, if not all
oh god thank you for posting all these tasty morsels. gave me a reason to keep truckin on my ua nl, i really want those flames and the infinate knives, and im soooooooo glad i sold my furies while the prices of them are high. and to top it off you linked the new start up music. all i can say is thank you from the bottom of my pixlated heart <3
Oh my godd, AWESOME.
Hey whats with the 'no more Iruvata sets'? Does it mean you cant make android gear after chaos or is there a new set coming along?
I'm guessing you can't make it anymore.
What are the new Battle Mode %s?
Mhm. BTW crafting means any profession. They all have crafting.
@below:
increased PvP damage
What's this? Crafting means I can increase scroll success rate? I know what I'm going to do.
But I liked the old BGM. . .
Have you been forced to hear the old one every single time you login for the past six years?
But I liked the old BGM. . .
Edited thread. Go listen to the new bgm! It's nice.
I had nothing else to do. Can't test my favorite jobs because of Nexon's inability to fix very simple Tespia problems that have been around for many many cycles now.
Such as one of the most basic: Giving you skills and letting you add points.
