Well when canes came out they were max+ . . . So i'd say at least 3B ish.

Because next to 1 hacker, Saga and currently not running Chrono, there's nobody who fully kills Empress.
clean empress rod = 2.5-3bill

It's not glitched it's suppose to be like that... I run weekly and nothing has changed.

Empress doesn't heal 64 times.. it's 35 times and you can't kill her till after the 10 min mark.

@Premiumnoir do you know what it got sold for? And i guess its somewhat cheaper in Scania because of the population difference

Anyway, why don't you try to go along on an Empress run with your guildies/friends and hope for one to drop? Better to get it for free than to spend mesos on it. And like he said^^^, they're somewhat rare atm but they're high in demand, so they're probably quite a bit more than 1b, and you'll probably have a better chance of getting it early if you went on the run rather than waiting for a guildie to get it...or does he already have it? If so, just work out a deal with him/her.
There is no set price on the empress rod as almost no one has 'em. You just gota work it out with him and find a price that works for ya both.

Thanatos? I'm not sure, but I'd imagine it'd cost 1b+ clean atm ._.
