I go into the place where the blackmage is sealed and theres Arkarium clone there i talk to him and after that he doesnt spawn like he supposed to

It worked for me in channel 1 and I got my friends to go there too.

Unfortunately, cc'ing outside doesn't help the matter
I wish you could fight the clone more than once, it gave 325 ambition exp.
i used one of my attacks right after he finish talking and he appeard
