So let's say i'm at ksh drill hall 2, i have auto pot mp and hp.......can i spin to win all day and lvl up by getting something to hold down the key? or will the 100 counter trigger and stop me at some point?
You can get hit while using the skill, but it doesn't stop your Tempest of Cards skill even if you're hit - as long as you don't let go of the key. Once you let go, cooldown starts.

i think it lasts until you let go of the button. the cool down starts when you let go.
Tempest keeps going, it doesn't last 10 seconds.
