Question about Occult Cubes
Do the "Occult Cubes: Epic" always raise the potential tier of an item? If not, what's the point of having them, since they apparently lower potential stats.

Do the "Occult Cubes: Epic" always raise the potential tier of an item? If not, what's the point of having them, since they apparently lower potential stats.

Really? because I used 2 Occult cube: Unique on unique item and it didn't raise it up to legendary. How many did you use?
save epic and unique occult cubes for AUTO-RANK UP items from root abyss boxes.
it'll guarantee the epic/unique lines you seek, and be more likely to ensure you get that 6% or 9%.
i used like 20+ and i still cant get a simple 3% luck >.>
i tier up once to epic but the next occult i used brought it back down to rare.
it's better than nothing.
If the equip is already rare, you have nothing to lose. Out of 61 cubes used, only 1 raised the rank to epic.
It's a chance to raise it to Epic (If your equip was rare) or lower it (If it was epic). Also to change the stats of course.
It's a relatively cheap way to get your gear to 6% main stat.
its the only non nx cube. not everyone has money to blow on cubes.
