Chemistry Help Needed D:

So I have a lab due tomorrow that we did yesterday but I'm stuck on a few analysis questions >.> So here is 2:

I need to calculate pH and pOH of 100mL of 0.1 Molar HCl, and the pH and pOH of 100 mL Ba(Cl)2(aq) and I need to show my math but I have no idea what to do >.> Once I get there I have 2 or 3 more questions I could use help with, you help is VERY Apreciated basil. Thanks
