best top in league?
i used to main panth but i find that he falls way too hard late game even when im fed. also darius gets banned too often. i was thinking wu kong, garen or singed. who do you guys think is the best top?

Garen probably.
Bruiser Nidalee top never loses lane.
Merc Treads, Sunfire Cape, Iceborn Gauntlet, Black Cleaver, Spirit Visage, Runic Bulwark/Hextech Gunblade/Bloodthirster GGGGGGGGGGGG
yorick top is strong.
riven is really good if you know how to auto attack in between your Q's and play hyper-aggresive early game, she doesn't have any hard counters, the only champions that gave me a hard time were olaf, irelia and darius, those are the only ones that can go toe to toe with riven.

I prefer doing Akali, Rumble or Vlad, season 3 started at 1k elo and almost made it to 1.3k elo in 2 weeks.
@LamboRev: I can maintain it though.. I was 500 before the s3 and I maintained 800 elo at s3 :$ w/e u say but I dominate its just my teamates lol

loses to cho gath also, and he can out harass nasus if good enough.
@teenagedream: There's no point in carrying someone up elos if they can't even maintain it. lmfao. If you play that much rank and still can't get higher, that's where you belong to be honest.

With all the new Armor Pen changes those ADs that seem to fall off fit comfortably mid now, but as for top I'd agree with the choices of Jayce, Jax, Olaf, Irelia, Shen, Rengar, and Darius. Of course there are counters and so forth, but if you can play a champion well enough soft counters shouldn't be an issue.
@teenagedream: just play katarina, or evelynn mid. 1k elo to 1.4k elo in 2 months season 2.

Lmao. All AD casters/AD assassins fall off late game. Some less than others.
Unless the Pantheon is [b]ridiculously[/b] fed, then he'll fall off. Hard. Especially against a tanky team.
Imo there isn't a best top.
Jayce is probably the safest top, he doesn't have any hard counters. Nid and Riven are good if played well. Jax, Olaf, Lee Sin (falls off hard), Rumble, Irelia (not so much anymore), Shen, Rengar (meh. he's still played in tournies), are all safe picks.
My personal favorite is Vlad because he's just an awesome champ. He's an AP top (or mid) that can really bully most top lane champions, impossible to harass once he gets revolver, and he is one of the strongest late game champs in the game, period.
Akali top?

I use Riven at top.
Jax: doesn't usually get banned and pretty strong throughout the game.

im like 104/114 I really need someone to play one game with me mid to see my potential! I honestly can carry to a certain extent and I need a duo partner to help me :c a kind soul for a desperate gamer that deserves it!
on the side note, I think Garen is a really good alternative and jax.
