The thing is, no one knows what is duped and what isn't anymore. For all we know, clean items can be duped as well. NX items are duped a lot too. It's a messed up world here in Maplestory.

it sounds like you're slightly contradicting yourself at the end.

Just because people can go unpunished for illegal acts doesn't mean it's right to do it. There's always that chance of being caught.

eg. Someone's a murder. Just keep murdering because he never got caught, eh? Sounds great.

No no, we complain because Nexon don't do stuff in the interest of its players. Deleting stuff sure isn't benefiting players.

The way I look at this, Hacked Items = Illegal Goods.
In real life, Drugs = Illegal goods.

If you use "illegal goods", You will get in trouble/etc.

Also, I didnt own any. I use to but I got hacked and the player strip my account of them -_- Yet he forgot to take actual above average %stat items

According to your logic, using your analogy... If you get busted for dealing drugs and they seize all your drugs, they should refund you the drug money?
