Only after a new server is released. In this situation all 3 of these worlds are character locked unless an even newer server shows up (HOPEFULLY ZENITH, which I will join in a heartbeat)

I hope you were joking. A year or two? Back in the day level 70 averaged 2 years of casual play while level 30 averaged a month of casual play.

My friends and I pretty much all reached level 30 within a month. By the time bellocan was released (To me it's still considered a new server), it was much easier to get to 30. My friend got the bandana within two weeks.

Its going to be a couple weeks/months before a new server is going to be able to kill czak on a regular basis and start selling czhelms in fm, then people have to get enough mesos to even be able to buy one : /

I must be delusional but when I saw the title, I thought you meant the Independence Day Hats...you know...how America is known as the New World...

It's an epic item. It probably has NOTHING to do with potential. This hat isn't even that good, because scallions have better potential.

That's insane. Kinda makes me think that this might be the incentive for starting in the new world instead of 2x for a few weeks.
