Can't make my ring tradeble
So today, I first logged on to my 3 mules to make my rings tradeble. After that, I xfered all the rings to my main character. A few houres later I wanted to upgrade my ring on my main. I had the 3 other rings in my inv so I had 4 rings in my inv. I tried to upgrade my main's ring, but it says that I had already upgraded it, which is false. I now have a lv 16 untradeble ring with an upgrade potion but I can't upgrade it. Does anyone else have this issue ?
Edit:
I couldn't have upgraded it today since it is still UNTRADEBLE. Think about it.
I've tried to put the other rings back in storage etc, nothing works.

so the glitch is...
don't trade evolving rings until you have full upgraded the one on your current char and it becomes tradable. or else you screw up your untradable ring and it won't be upgraded or tradable.
omg bro same happened to me It wont evolve and remains lvl 16 untradeable T_T! just sent a ticket tho.. idk what to do

This comment makes no sense at all, and you clearly don't understand what I'm trying to tell. I'm just looking for a solution for this glitch.

u have many rings on u has u just said when u are trying to upgrade the lvl 16 ring it sees u have a lvl 17 one which cant go to lvl 18 thats the reason why u cant upgrade it
The evolving ring is one-of-a-kind, you must not be carrying any other evolving ring to upgrade. So just trade/storage all your evolving rings away that char and you should be able to upgrade. Had similar problems when I traded a 17 ring to my main and it still had a lvl 16 ring.
You should try transferring the 3 back to your other account then upgrading it...
Some common sense can go a long way.
