Lost account password recovery not working
I'm trying to recover my maplestory account. I've tried password recovery and I know and have access to the email , but the password recovery mail isn't sending. What should I do? Its a hotmail/outlook email and I've added nexon.net, security at nexon.net and verify at nexon.net to the safe senders list, but it is not sending the mail. Can someone please tell me how I can recover my account please?

Thanks for the replies, but I haven't gotten any emails yet and I've been waiting for hours.
im pritty sure i read that hotmail takes a long time to recive nexon emails
It also won't send a recovery if you are choosing the wrong email for your ID. Make sure it's the actual email attached to the account..
Send them an email (ticket) from the email that belongs to the account you are trying to access.
