I believe PDR stands for Percent Damage Reduction, regardless of physical or magical.

@jacob510: well yeah what he said about ignoring resistances was right but 40% ignore? o.o Arcane Pitch 30 MP -85, Ignores monster DEF for 180 sec, Ignores monster resistances by 100% he also said that damage is reduced a little bit but it's not

you don't need pdr on a lumi you already have 100%

Well i recubed it and its now legendary with 12%tot damage 9%int and 9%crit should i keep going for %boss?
