Internet Not Connected? Can't play maple!

Okay I have tried numerous ideas to get maplestory to work on my laptop. Ive checked firewall, browsing options, reset internet, unblocked the website but i get nothing. I can't even access the website no matter what time of day it is on my laptop. But i know im not IP banned because I am able to access the website on my other computer. When i try starting from gamelauncher nothing happens after the hackshield notice. Not even a window that says Maplestory has been blocked by firewall etc etc. I Can acces the other maplestory sites though like KMS JMS and the such. Is there anything i can do to let my laptop access the GMS site? And I shall say it again YES I reset my internet and nothing happened.
