i know empress gives attk but u have to be loaded to chaos for a perfect one

I said with no set effect o.o
Empress is better because it gives 1 or 2 attack while clean, and around 25 luk and dex, and somewhere around +300 HP, when a czak gives only +21 all stats, but it does give +10% HP, so maybe if you want more HP rather than a higher range you should go with it.
