Doubt that Sairs have there like 90% FA.
OT:Any class is gonna have trouble with Empress mobs. Its more skill then power

No class can take them on easily. Empress and her mobs are in an area that is designed to require a degree of skill in order to properly fight her, not to mention it was designed to be a party setting.
I'm not sure what you mean by "the boss monsters", but I'll assume they're bosses in general in which case they do relatively well. Perseverance, Crossbones(Status Resist), a fairly decent base HP and usable Iframes(SSK) allow them to boss fairly well if controlled properly. They have several of the tools required for a class to boss effectively, they just need to be properly applied to do so.
Not Easily you have to have practice and time your pots well because you cant heal fast enough with perseverance. I can kill V2 but it takes almost an hr.
