Pocket Equips Info
It just occurred to be that I dont know much about pocket equips. I know that you have to have lvl 30 charm to equip a pocket item. But, what is the max number of pocket equips that you can wear? At what charm levels can you wear a certain number of pocket equips. I dont have this information, cant find it anywhere, and I want it.

Like everyone said, at level 30 you can do the quest to give the rose clipping to big headward. You only get the one pocket slot. After that charm just unlocks a new quest every 5 levels(35, 40, 45, etc) that gives you a new facial expression for your "acting" lessons.
When u have lv30 charm, u will get a new quest from the guy in henesys that do royal hair. He wants u to get him a rose clipping, afterward u will unlock the pocket slot.
@xKreanz: at lvl 30 charm you get a quest from Big Headward(?) in the hair place at henesys

wear whatever pocket item you please, but only one (you don't get any more pocket slots)
