Leafre will not get you a KSSN, they've made that clear over and over.
They will get you an account/Maple ID through an application process & they can also make accounts for you if you provide a KSSN yourself (if you don't know how to).
I had a couple saved for korean fps games, uh too lazy to look though. u watching LoL ipl stream?
