What does Magic Booster do?
I just recently got my mastery books for the 6th growth skills (Critical and Booster). I know how Critical works, you cast a skill theres a 30% chance you'll do 50% extra damage and the numbers are bigger and redder to signify that you just did a critical, blah blah blah. But I was just wondering what does Booster affect? I don't see an [b]Huge[/b] difference in casting time for any of the skills. So what I am asking my fellow Evans is, what does Magic Booster really do?

Are you referring to the casting time or aftercast delay? I don't really see a difference in either.
