They are called bots.
and the websites are responsible for most of all hacked accounts
so they are selling you hacked mesos.
The more people buy of them, the more accounts they need to hack
@Edit: Also isn't this a violation of the rules,
since your showing an advertisement, which is like second hand advertising, how do we know your not one of them
