Guys, remember Phantoms are only allowed to steal skills BEFORE the class was made. A good example would be the skill Raging Blow. You are not able to steal this new skill form heroes, an explored class. And Hyper Skills are meant to be something which helps the class itself, Phantoms already get their own. There is no reason they should be able to steal them anyways.
@iHezDied In a 1v1 situation, where you don't have 100% crit and do not even come close to capping, RF wins. In a 1v1 situation where you have 100% crit but don't come close to hitting the cap, they are equal. In a 1v1 situation where you have 100% crit and hit ~900ks with RF, Mille wins.

cuz i rly wanted to get extra dmg and range with RF
and 1 more thing did anyone notice space for a 5th job when u r steal skills from lv120+ i hope we get to steal hyper skills yes ik theres no space in the load out
Nope, this is probably why Nexon didn't nerf them so hard in the first patch of Tempest, because the REAL phantom nerf is not being able to have the hyperskills of other classes.
