Potential Item Buffs What Gives What?
I read somewhere thats its possible to get potential items that give buffs and that gloves give a se buff sometimes. What lv gloves are needed to get this self buff and what other buffs are possible to get from equips?

So inorder to get se ill have to potential reverse gloves? What are the chances of getting a skill on a item?
Reverse Gloves give Decent SE
Level 70+ pants give Decent HB
Level 70+ helmets give Decent Door
Level 70+ shoes give Decent Haste
